Skills needed: Cast on, Bind off, Advanced cable techniques

Finished Size:
3 1/2" wide, with instructions making it fully adjustable to fit heads from 20" to 24" and beyond

Yarn: 100 yrds of light worsted weight yarn

Needles: Size 6 needles ( or size needed to achieve gauge)
