As in, the look of a big stone without the massive price tag.  Smaller, brilliant white topaz are bunched together to create the illusion of a larger stone set in high-polished sterling silver with 14k yellow gold vermeil. Suspended from an 18" cable chain secured with a spring ring clasp.
